I have thought of a birthday party for the age of 13. You ask some of your best friends to wear one of their nicest dresses and to meet at the closet hair cutting place. You tell them the name of it. You guys all get your nails and hair done. Then all of a sudden a limo comes pulling up to the entrance of the hair place and you all get in it and go to a chocolate place and get dessert and then you get to just drive around for a while the you can go to a hotel or go straight to the birthday girls house. I have experienced this party before. I got this party for my 11th birthday, but I think it would be a better 13th since they are becoming a teenager. It is lots of  fun. It is better when your parents plan it as a suprise for you and all you know is that you are getting your hair and nails done.
