I did this for my 12th birthday. We had a blast and it was a party all my friends loved! I had a Mall Scavenger Hunt. I didnt have loads of money to spend, so I went to the dollar store for my party favors. I got boxes and put girls names on them with stickers. For the party favors I bought stuff like: notebooks, glowsticks, lipgloss, gum, bath acceseries, pencils, disposable cameras, ect......... we needed boxes because we had so much stuff! I had made big credit cards om my computer with all the birthday information on the back. I also bought little wallets and purses to put the money in. I invited 8 girls and split them into teams of 2. To find out each team, I put each girls name on a piece of paper put it in the bag. I gave each team 12$ for buying the items, $5 for lunch each, and each team a camera for taking pictures. I printed out a list of 8 pictures each team had to get. I also came up with 8 items the teams had to buy. When the girls arrived at the food court (on the invetion I said to meet at the local mall in the food court) we gave each girl $5 to go where ever they wanted to buy lunch. After that, we drew names for the teams. We gave each team thier purses with the cameras and headed off. The girls had an hour to go out through the mall and they had to go and get all the pictures on the list (the list had things like: picture with a store employe, biggest earrings, on a bed, with the crazziest outfit, ect........). After the pictures we met at a spot  and my mom took the cameras to go get them devolped (a girls mom stayed with us). When my mom came back we looked at the pictures and put them in our picture albums. Then we had cake(we had a Mrs, Fields cookie cake because Mrs. Fields is in the mall). After that we drew teams again so every girl could have a new partner. Then, we drew that so each team would have to buy 2 items(some of the items were: somthing pink, somthing sparkly, somthing polka dots, ect...). Then we went off for another hour to buy our items. We met up again after we were done and traded the stuff we bought. We picked a item them drew a name for that item. After that, we gave out our gift bags and did a little shopping. When every girl was gone I had a friend stay the night. All in all, evedry one thought my birthday party was great, we laughed a bunch, a nd had a GREAT time!
