Shopping Mall Party for a 10 year old  Invitations were sent out for girls to wear comfortable shoes and to meet at the birthday girls house.  Party started at 1:30 - 5:00.  When the girls arrived we gave each girl a pocketbook with $15 inside and it also had lipstick and nail polish. Boys received a wallet with $15 inside. We had enough vans/cars to transport 15 children to the Concord Mall where we shopped for 2 hours.  $15 can go a long way with children.  The kids had a great time.  They bought necklaces, nail polish, lipstick, pencils, paper, toys, craft items. We usually let the kids go into the store and waited on the bench outside to give them freedom and we just followed to the next store they wanted to go to. We arrived back at our house about 4:00 and had cake, snacks and drinks.  The children had a great time and went home with lots of goodies to remember the day.
