For my son Parker's 2nd birthday party I knew it could be none othere than Mickey Mouse Clubhouse--HE LOVES MICKEY MOUSE! I usually like to do original birthday party themes-and not characters-so I knew I had to become a little more creative! For the invitations I cute out Mickey Mouse shaped head with my cricut and put an inner color red, yellow, and black stripped paper, and then another inner white circle with all of the party info in it! hot dog hot dog hot diggty dog now we got ears its time for cheers Parker's turning two Parker's clubhouse:" I put them on a lollipop stick and tied a ribbon to make it look like a big mickey mouse head lollipop! I also added a magnet to the back of them to put on the fridge!  Decorations: I had a Mickey Mouse clubhouse banner made-with Happy 2nd Birthday Parker! We put that hanging on the front of the cake table! I purchased the Mickey and Minnie airwalk balloons and placed them on the side of the table-they were adorable! (I wish I could post pictures!) It was so colorful! I also made centerpieces from my cricut! I cut out each piece of Mickey--Head Pants(or shorts) big shoes his hand and a big number 2 and placed them in a red flower pot with some yellow grass in the bottom! Really CUTE! We also had a big wooden #2 painted red and black polka dots that we put in the front of the driveway with balloons making sure everyone knew where the party was located! Activites: I had a big bounce house which the kids loved! I also had a very colorful candy buffet! Had made a cute sign with the cricut "Parker's sweet shop". I gave everyone a snack bag including the adults! This was a big hit-and is now an annual event at both of my childrens birthday parties. The adults told me they felt like they were at DISNEYWOLD! LOL! Then for the hit we had 2 special guest appear! MICKEY MOUSE & MINNIE MOUSE! I had rented the costumes from someone and got two family friends to dress up-I couldn't have picked a better two! They were GREAT AT IT & the kids were so excited to see them! Each guess were able to take their pics with Mickey & Minnie!  Food & Snacks: None othere than "HOT DIGGTY DOGS" homeade chili& Fritos were the main meal! We also had a mickey mouse shape cookie cutter. Parker's nanny made Peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches and we cut them out with the cookie cutters-really cute! We also made homeade mickey mouse shaped colorful cookies! We made rice krispy treats in the shape of MM head and put them on a lollipop stick(like the ones you get in disneyworld) Also made MM shaped brownies! The CAKE: The cake was another precious touch to the party! It was a two tier cake made to look a lot like MM clubhouse! Bottom layers back ground was a sky blue with the MM head and the big hand then the top layers background was red with the tootles shapes and polkadots all around and then fondant stars shooting out of the top of the cake with PARKER on them!  Extras: I had a shirt for the birthday boy made! It had I'm 2(real big) with Parker underneath-and mickey mouse head around it! He also wore the MM ears(hat) that you get from Disney!  Party Favors: I had these really cute colorful polka dotted boxes! I had custom made stickers made-Thank you for celebrating with me Love parker We had lots of MM things inside: stickers stamps MM candies and I had given each kid a pair of MM ears to wear for the party!  All of the guests told me how much fun they had and again how they felt they were at Disneyworld! They loved the candy buffet all of the MM treats and the special visit from Mickey & Minnie! Everyone said they couldn't wait until next years party! And I'm already Planning! :) "
