Disney World Party: Invitations: I made the front of the invites to look like the front of the guidemaps in Disney. I found a clip art of cinderell's castle and put it on the front of the invitation (I used the brochure option in Print Master).  Above the castle, I wrote Guide Map to Grace's Birthday Adventure".  The inside fold had information (again like the guides in Disney) Showtime:Date-Time-Address of party Dining:Snacks Cake and Ice cream Reservations: Recommended but not required please call or email Guest Relations: We asked everyone wear a Disney outfit or shirt and that atleast one parent accompany each child Touring Tips: Directions to party The outside fold: Gift ideas for party child On the back of brochure: Random Disney clip art- with the following: Come join us for our birthday adventure- we will visit: Fantasyland: Peter Pan's Flight Help! Captian Hook has took Tinkerbell please help Peter find her! (We found/colored lots of Peter Pan pictures-we also made laterns out of construction paper. I hung lanterns and had some sitting around and put a small picture of Tink in one of them and also hung all the Peter Pan pictures with characters from the movie. The kids had to find Tink. The first one who did won the first party hat then everyone got one. Adventureland: Tiki Room Iago has made the Tiki Gods mad again. Please help Zazu straighten them out so they can sing again. ( Colored/purchase tropical birds in matching pairs then mix them up. Decorate with laisstreamers and hang the birds up scatter them out and let the kids loose. The object is to match up one bird with a matching bird the child with the most matching pairs wins the first flower lais then everyone gets one. Frontierland: Splash Mountain Come join Brer Rabbit in his Laughin Place but first can you make it throught the briar patch. (Cover something-table box or in our situation a small set of monkey bars with butcher paper cover it with sticks vines I found several things at Hobby Lobby- on the inside hang set up or glue pictures of happy smiling cartoon animals but put one grumpy one inside somewhere. The kids have to crawl through and find which animal does not belong. Tommorrowland:Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin Come join buzz on a alien hunt. How many aliens can you find? (It was near easter so I could easliy find eggs so we filled eggs with different treats-princess rings-mermaid stickers-jelly beans and then glued a picture of the little green alien from toy story on each one.  We colored/printed all kinds of Toy Story characters and scenes out and glued them to craft sticks and stuck them in the ground eggs were hidden behind characters and out in the open. We even found large Toy Story posters and hung them on the trees near the alien hunt). Cake: Purchased the Wilton castle cake pan and made cupcakes.  I found Mickey and friends muffin cups cupcakes picks and mickey mouse shaped sprinkles at cakeworkscentral.com All of the plates spoons napkins were every color of the rainbow.  We had a Disney World coloring book can be purchased on ebay and I let my girls color pictures out of it and those pictures decorated the fooddrink and gift tables.  We also found large Mickey ballons very much like those at Disney at our local grocery store. Favors:  We were lucky enough to have someone bring us back cups from Disney but I have seen them on ebay. I filled each disney cup with a Where Dreams come true napkin two sheets of Little Mermaid stickers (free from local travel agent they come in Disney Cruise line books) and a chocolate Mickey Mouse lollipop. I  bought the lollipop mold off of ebay and bought the chocolate pieces sticksetc. at craft store. For alot of the coloring pages- coloringbookfun.com and freecoloringpages.com- had alot of good stuff. The clip art font and other pictures I just used my search engine.  I hope you have fun!"
