For my son's third birthday he wanted a Mickey Mouse party. I ordered all of the Mickey mouse theme ware from birthday express. I also ordered Mickey mouse ears from another
website I found. We decorated the party room with all of his Disney toys. For the tables I used Yellow table cloths with red overlays.
To mark each child's place I used a stuffed Mickey or minnie mouse in red and yellow holding a book, I found these at a dollar store. Each child got to take one home with them. For party favor bags I used sand pails with spades that I found at a dollar store. I decorated them with Mickey mouse and gang stickers. For center pieces I used more sand pails in red and yellow, Disney characters and party horns and streamers were flowing out of them. Taking up on end of the room was the Disney castle, we made this from Boxes and painted it to look like the Disney castle. The children loved crawling through it. But the hit of the party was when Mickey mouse showed up. All of the kids had their pictures taken with Mickey, these were used for thank you notes. For refreshments we served all of Ethan's favorites: Chicken fingers, pigs n the blanket, chips, dip, Mickey mouse gummy candy's, cheese squares and of course cake and ice cream. Ethan loved his party, and is anxiously awaiting his next birthday. Oh to be young.
