Gatorade party, 12 yr- For my daughter's 12th birthday party, we decided that "gatorade" would be a good theme. I made the invitations by steaming the labels off of gatorade bottles
and putting them on gatorade-shaped invitations that i soaked in different flavoured gatorade(so the invites smelled of gatorade). When my daughter's friends started coming, we gave them each
t-shirts dyed in gatorade. We started with a game of "gatorade toss". The kids had to toss full gatorade bottles to each other without dropping them. Now it was time for food. For
cake, I made a special "gatorade cake" that had gatorade in it and a gatorade sign on the top painted with gatorade-flavoured icing that i made from scratch. The cake had to be just
perfect, so i re-made it 4 times. For drinks, we had gatorade(of course). We also invented a "gatorade tea" by warming gatorade. I have been planning to do something cool with
gatorade since I first heard about it. I spent a few years taping commercials. After food time, we sat down in the decorative living room and watched all of the commercials. I decorated the
rooms with gatorade banners and i took the time to paint the gatorade sign on the wall. The table had a gatorade table cloth on it that I've sewed hping to use it one day. After we watched
the commercials, I told my daughter to leave the room and count to 50. When she came out, her friends were standing there with a bucket like the football players use that i bought on ebay for
$200 and it was filled with gatorade. The kids then dumped the bucket on her(this was outside). The kids all got her 3 bottles of the flavour gatorade that I told them to get for her.
Everyone loved the party and they are still talking about it a month after it happened!
