Baby's first birthday invitation.  On the front: cut a small triangle from felt, fold and glue to shape a baby diaper.  (I used light blue for my son.) Glue onto card.  Write "Child's name", Our Baby  Inside: with foam paper, cut out shape of overalls and glue two buttons on it.  Glue to right hand side of card.  Wording:  Is Turning 1. He's a Big Boy Now!  "Please join us in celebrating "child's name" 1st birthday."  followed by party date, time and place.
