Recently, my friends and I had a "Beanie Baby Party" The invitation was made into a large Beanie babies hang tag and the information was given in the poem. The birthday was the date that it would be given on and the person invitee's name went where the beanies name would go. To prepare, we hung up banners and balloons. We also ordered pizza and bought a plain cake and colorful icing.  To decorate the cake we judged who could draw a beanie the best and then inch the worm was selected and drawn carefully and colored on to the cake. We asked all the participants to bring their top 5 favorite beanies and a few extra to trade... IT WAS A HIT!
