Tugboat party. My son loves Theodore Tugboat, so I found a picture of him, made post card invitations with it. For favors, I found plastic tugboats at a dollar store, I'm going to fill them with bubbles, crayons, candy, etc. and write the kids names on them with a paint marker.  For the decorations, everything is red and blue. I'm making cupcakes, and putting small pictures of Theodore attached to a toothpick in the center.  The centerpiece is a larger picture of Theodore. For a game (since most of the are 2), I'm filling a baby pool with water and letting them pull tugboats out of the water. Then they get a gift.  I'm also making Jell-O jigglers (if I can find a tugboat cookie cutter.
