This is a black light party! the theme is all black and neon colors(such as hot pink, bright green....etc.). You have to get black light bulbs and strobe lights. everyone that attends the
party must wear neon colors only. First for the party we sent out the invites. It was 3 papers that were each squares. The one in the back was Black(7 by 7), in the middle was hot pink(5.5 by
5.5), then in the front any other neon color that is 4 by 4. then of course all the information. Finally.... use your imagination with the neon colors!!
