I had a movie themed birthday party. INVITATIONS: i had an invitation shaped like a star that said...Be a star at ______birthday party. Then i wrote all the information. Anything that is movie
related works. DECORATIONS: i had a red carpet so that when the guests walked in, we took pictures of them. The best colors for this party is red, gold, and black. I had a small concession
stand and black table cloths everywhere scatteed with star confetti. PARTY TIME/ACTIVITES: i told the guests to come at 4:45 so that they would all be here at 5:00. we started with dinner
because if we started with the movie, they would have loads of junk food and not be able to eat their dinner. After an hour of eating we went down stairs and watched a scary movie. Try to get
a movie genre that most of your guests enjoy and get it as short as possible. Get a movie thats from 1 hour to 2 and a half hours. I did a scary movie so i made a scary movie survival kit
that consists of: - teddy bear so that you can have someone to hold and squeeze - a blanket to hide under - a flashlight to look under the convers with in case you hear or feel something
wierd - a mint so that when you scream, your breathe will be minty - candy of course After the movie we did cake and presents. This took about an hour and a half because i had 16 girls over.
After we did all that, we went downstairs and we had an award show. I had told people to dress up at their favorite singer/actor or in their pajamas. So i gave out an award for best dressed,
best smile, and since i had a scary movie, the loudest screamer. DONT tell your guests about this advance, let this be a suprise. Then after all that we watched a comedy while talking and
socializing until everyones parents came. Then about 4 girls slept over. I hope this helped!! Dont worry about planning, when it comes time to the party, everything will go in the right
direction. :] Good luck!
