Mystery Party: To make invitations, write words backwards, going right to left. If needed, use a mirror to help you. When guests read it they will need a mirrors.  As games, do a scavenger hunt and food tasting. For the hunt, hide 15 objects. On a piece of paper jumble the letters up so the guests need to figure out what to find first. Make two teams.  For the food tasting you will need blindfolds, olives, pasta, tomato soup and three fairly large pots. Put the food into separate pots and have each blindfolded guest taste it and feel it to guess what it is. Another game is murderer. You need a murderer, a detective and a dead person. The detective waits in the hall while the rest sit in a circle. The detective then comes in and is aloud to ask up to ten questions and make three guesses. Only the murderer can lie. The questions must be yes or no.  Do dinner, cake and gifts as usual.
