I am turning 14 and want a party that is going to be fun but not to babyish. So I will probably have a mystery party. 1st, invite all your " detectives" and then invite 1 person that no one knew about. On the day of the party have the mystery guest(s) arrive before the party guests. Do several activities to preoccupy guests. Then turn out all the lights and have the birthday girl scream and hide with the mystery person. Tell all the guests that the birthday girl was murdered and they needed to find the Killer before they struck again. Give them clues leading them from 1 place to another, while the 2 people move around putting scrabble pieces that complete the 1st name of the Mystery guest finally someone will catch on and find the 2 people and be named " Super Sleuth". This is a fun idea for most ages and the more creative U get the better. Wanna watch a mystery? Have a parent videotape it like a show and then watch it for fun!!!
