My 4 yr old is a huge HSM fan so I had to throw her a HSM party. We had gone to the HSM ice tour and they had taken her picture in front of a Troy and Gabriella background($15)so I scanned that
and used that for the invite. I wrote get ready to Dance and Sing.Show time XXX Auditions taken place from 00:00-00:00 at the XXX(we rented a fire hall). They turned out really great! When
every kid came thru the door the girls got a VIP pass and the boys got a Lava Springs employee badge(downloaded from Disney.com) with their name on it and I made a hole in the top and put
ribbon thru it and the kids wore them. On the back I put number 1-10. Later The Birthday girl picked a number from that hat and the girl/boy with the number on the back of her VIP pass was
the winner of the door prize(Large Lollipop). ACTIVITIES: I needed stuff for the boys as well as the girls so half the hall was set up like HSM and the other side was HSM 2- Lava Springs Golf
Coarse. I had painted a sign that said High School Musical and placed it in front of all the HSM activities. I use a Fisher price Basketball net and I had a hamper full of balls and I
had sign on the wall that said Getcha Head in the game" the next station was a stage. My husband is a carpenter so he build a little stage platform for the girls .I painted it white and
had HSM and music notes on the floor of the stage .I had a sign on the wall that said "Auditions Today" with an arrow pointing towards the stage .I used a red plastic table cover
for the curtain and ribbon the tie it back.( HSM 1&2 played in the background the whole time) For the Lava spring side I used the STEP 2 roller coaster(
http://www.amazon.com/Step2-711400-Down-Roller-Coaster/dp/B00005KBVD)(and borrow one from my friend) and had a sign that said "Golf Cart Racing" all the kids really loved this and
kept them busy racing each other. The next station was a Putting green. My husband also built this and I got the fake grass from Home Depot on the side of it I painted "Golf Lessons with
Troy" . I got a plastic golf set at Kmart for $6.99 and extra plastic golf ball at Walmart for about $1.50. Then it was time to "Work It Out"! My husband build a platform with
a small piece of wood running across the top and we hung pots and pans off of it with string that I got at the goodwill and I got 2 packs wooden spoons from the dollar store. So all the
little kids wore chef hats and beat the pots and pans. LOTS of noise but they had a blast. I also had a craft table that I had megaphones I ordered for OTC and coloring pages I printed off
the internet. We didn't really play any games as they were so busy with everything else going on.FOOD: I made a sign for behind the food table that said "Concession stand". For the
snacks I took a piece of wood painted it white and wrote "Wildcat snacks" in red across the top then I took cloths pins and glued them on the wood and then hung tiny bags of
chipsdoritios&cheese curls. I served chicken fingers and juice box's to the kids and made Ziti and meatball for the adults. I had the local bakery make a number 4 out of Italian bread for
the meat balls.CAKE: I ordered the cake from the local supermarket that had a HSM themed cake .FAVORS: I got small basketballs from 5 Below and tied a ribbon around them and wrote "hope
you had a BALL at XXX 4th Birthday party".
