We found all of our ideas through this site. Thank you to everyone that posted! We thought we would post how we finally decided to put it all together and list what worked and what didn't. Length: 1.5 hours (2:00-3:30) # of guests: 20 Arrival Activity: Star Wars coloring pages printed free from internet site Set-Up: 5 stations with 4 participants at a time Station #1 - coloring the Star Wars characters Stations #2 - Jedi Obstacle Course (used our play set in back and included a long play-tunnel for kiddos to crawl through. We also made an asteroid" field out of card board.  Station #3 - Asteroid Toss (Asteroids made out of foil balls. Spray painted large box with holes cut in it for tossing into.) Station #4 - "Bring Order to the Galaxy" game purchased at Party City in the Star Wars section. Station #5 - Darth Vader Pinata We made the light sabers out of pool noodles cut in half w/"Silver Coin" duct tape from Michaels for the handles and electrical tape as accents. The guests got to take them home as favors along with small containers of chocolate chips and chow mein noodles to make "Wookie Cookies." It's just the spider cookie recipe and ends up looking kind've "hairy" like Chewie so we thought they would work better than chocolate chip cookies. Plus we had a LOT of kids to make goodies for! My mom also made Jedi robes for the kids to wear during about 15 minutes of free play before we did cake and "Yoda Soda." This is just lime sherbet and Sprite and the kids LOVED it! I made two 9x13 sheet cakes and frosted them to make one large cake and then decorated with my son's Star Wars figurines. It was a great party.
