with poster boards attached reading gringots, ollivanders ect. premake wands (look up oragomi wand) cut circles of gold construction paper for money and look up harry potter spells,
potions, ect. and staple them into books
Activites first-buying school supplies-have each child open there account at gringots-instruct them to pick a wand and one of each book second-sorting-call each child's name-put them on the chair and place the hat on their head, have someone in another room on the other end of the phone call-have them ask questions from a what house are you questionare (there are plenty on the internet) then have them add up their answers and announce each one's house-give each child a sticker with their house crest on it (use lables, copy and paste to word and print the crests) Third-Quitich-have three hoolapoops on each end of a large yard or room-use a pillow as the bludger-a basket ball as the ball used to score and the hoolapoops as the goal rings- place a kiddy pool (5$ at academy) in the middle filled with mud-paint a golfball gold and hide in the mud-do a game ravenclaw vs hufflepuf and slytherin vs gryfindoor the winners of each will then compete-each time the basketball is in the hoop-5 points-when the golfball (snitch) is found-150 points and the game ends Last-if it is a sleep over, have all the movies and books handy Party snacks deviled eggs with gum eyeballs placed on top jelly beans chocolate frogs (melt hershey into a frog mold for bakeing) pretzels dipped in white chocolate-wands hard candies chewy bugs (fake) for dinner-turkey or ham- potatoes of some sort-butter bear (cream soda topped with ice cream) pumpkin pie and greenbeans and fresh corn Cake just like the cake harry gets for his 11th birthday -Chocolate or vinalla sheet cake (birthday boy or girl's choice) -strawberry icing -green icing saying (happy birthday name) Favors the things they aquired while shopping for -supplies- wand, books, and and any candy left over
