For my nieces 13th birthday party we're having a spa theme.(i have custody of her until further notice).  For the invites we got these really cute hot pink and black polka dotted invites with her personalized initals from ebay. We wrote all the info in glittery neon colored gel pens.  We set up our bathroom as the mani/pedi room. Two girls at a time sat at the tub with their feet in it , we put peach bubble bath in the tub water to make it smell good and be bubbly, while they soaked their feet they read tween magazines and talked. We have a huge sorta counter thing where the sink is and thats where the manicures were done. We set out all my daughters and my neices brightly colored nail polishes out and set them up. My daughter is 16. I painted nails, each girl got her nails painted and we sorta rotated. In my daughters room we had a sorta hair salon. My daughter did each girls hair, she straighted their hair and sprayed in neon colored washable highlights. As everyone got done, they ended up into the living room where me, my neice and my daughter set out tons of pillows , blankets and sleeping bags. they gossiped and read magazines until every girl was done.we ate grilled hotdogs and burgers then cake and ice-cream. after my neice opened gifts we handed out goodie bags.  Inside the goodie bags we had mini lip glosses and nail polishes and little girly keychains and then loads of candy. My neice picked 3 friends to have a sleepover that night with. As soon as everyone except those 3 girls left we popped cheesy popcorn and then some buttery.  We got settled in the living room and watched the clique movie. After that they gossiped and stuff until they fell asleep. That morning i cooked chocolate chip pancakes and scrambled eggs and fruity smoothies. After we ate we watched TV a bit and then got our swimsuits on and went swimming in the cool. we chilled in the pool for about an hour or so? and then went inside and dryed off and then settled down on the blankets in the living room and watched mean girls the movie.  After the movie they sat around and listened to music and talked.  Soon the parents arrived and the party was over. My neice had a waonderful time!
