For the invitations you can buy Chinese Lucky Money Envelopes at Party City and then you can make a invitation on your computer and put it in the envolopes. They make realy cute invitations. Also in the invitations you can give them a pretend airport ticket to China which you can also make on your computer.      For the decorations you can buy all of the Chinese New Year theme table things like table cloths, cups, plates, and napkins. You can also put up chinese paper lanterns and Chinese dragon things to make it look cool. If you want this can  be in your dining room but I recomend having it out side but only if there is nice weather. If you have it outside your ding room will be a plane going to China. You can use any chairs you want and they don't all have to match.      For an activity they will arrive and be going on a plane" to China. They will pretend they are going into the sky and then coming down. After they will go outside and be greeted by your mom or dad and be handed a pair of chopsticks. The chopsticks will be used for eating.      Then they will eat and you can get chinese take-out. This is realy yummy and is good for a lunch or dinner party. The kids can eat with chopsticks or they can use forks.       For games you could play a game called "Souvenir Shopping" where you can buy all different kinds of small Chinese things like fans and little coin purses. You can give them fake money. I really like that game.     For the cake you could have pretty much any cake or ice cream cake but you could maybe ask the people who make it to put on a picture of a chinese dragon Budda or a chinese fan.      For favors you can let them keep what they shopped for and you couldgive each kid a chinese out-fit.
