Ithrew the best surprise party for my best friend Simone! First I made a list of all the people to invite. I then decided on a theme,a masquerade theme. The invitations were each a different kind of mask. On the invitation, it asked everyone to dress a certain way for the party and arrive at Simone's house a little early while I took her out for a spa day. DECORATIONS: Feather boas were strung along the borders of the windows and doors. Glitter was scattered on the tables, and mardi gras necklaces were everywhere. FOOD: Apple cider took the place of champagne in fancy glasses and were served on trays carried by masked waiters. Appetizers were also served this way and they included, mini sandwiches, fresh fruit, and a chocolate fountain was on the main table. Cake was shaped as a mask and was served at midnight when people were able to take off their masks. The cake had sparkler candles on it. Even though it wasn't my birthday, it was the best night of my life. It was the best present I had given Simone, or anyone and it made me feel like a true friend. So I hope that my planning has helped you all, and that one day, you can feel the smae way I did by giving one of your best friends, if you have any, the greatest party of her life that she may always remember. Just remember to have fun and don't let parents get in the way and don't let any younger or older siblings bug them. Another great rule for this party is to make sure that everything goes as well as you would like so that nothing goes wrong and it is the perfect night of her/his life. And if you have a boyfriend you shouldn't kiss him at the strike of midnuight to make her jealous. Just make sure her boyfriend/girlfriend gives her a kiss and it will all be good. The end!
