First on the invitation, ask everyone to do the following: 1) come dressed as their fav. superstar 2) bring a movie with their favorite superstar in it 3) don't tell anyone who you are so that people can guess. Greet your guests on a red carpet and have someone like a parent or sibling taking a bunch of pics to make them feel like they are a celeb. Then once everyone gets there, begin with games. First, Superstar trivia: ahead of the party, make a bunch of questions about superstar, movies, and other hollywood stuff. Get into two teams  and each person goes up against someone from the other team and they are both asked a question and whoever answers first gets a point for their team. Whichever team gets to 20 points first wins. Next game, Costume vote: everyone votes on peoples costumes for best costume, prettiest, most realistic, funniest, most non realistic, and most special". Give out fake "golden globes" which can either be made out of cardboard or get plastic trophies. that are gold. Next game is MOVIE TIME: get into equal groups and have each group make a 5 minute movie. if you only have one video camera practice your lines. Then watch all the movies later to se whos is the best'funniest'stupidest'weirdest'saddest'and award winners with "best picture" awards. FOOD: make a concessiopn stand with popcorn candy and soda like in a movie theater. Then sit back rlax and enjopy a movie while snacking. Also have a deli platter or pizza. dessert should be something fancy like chocolate mousse served in a fancy cup with whipped cream. or have a sundae busset where all the items are set out and they serve themseklves. You can also have a fashion show to show off your costumes. Watch a bunch of movies until you fall asleep."
