For my 6th birthday we had a Willy Wonka party that was soooo much fun! Invites: we made invitations with a poem saying the usual, What, When, Where, and Time. Then, for the decorations we hung
up streamers, ballons, etc. The activities and games are really what makes this party so cool. First, we played pass the golden egg. everyone passed a giant chocolate egg around the circle,
and whoever ended up with it when the music stopped got to keep the egg. Next, we went down to my basement and played a fun game in which my dad had hung up scraps of wall paper painted with
melted Jolly Ranchers, we had everyone lick the wallpaper clean! Then, we went outside and had oompa-loompa relay races. We had gone to Wal-mart before the party and gotten Cheep puffy pants
and oversized sweatshirts. At the race, everyone had to get dressed, run to the other side of the yard, then come back and give the clothes to the next person. The team that gets done the
fastest wins! Snacks cosisted of finger-foods such as small candies, pretzles, etc. Any food that makes your child happy. For the cake we did a regular birthday themed cake, but you could do
any sort you like. Great party favors for this birthday party are the individual Willy Wonka Candy bars, however, I used just some random Wonka candy that I liked. This Party was a Blast! I
hope it helps you decide on what to do for your birthday.
