For my 10th birthday I decided to have a Hawiian themed party.*INVITATIONS* First I got some blue, yellow, pink, and black. I cut the yellow paper short and curvy- so it looked like sand. Then I cut out an umbrella from the pink paper- then from the black paper I cut out a teeny rectangle and glued it all together. I put; please come to(your house or nearby lake) when, what who. Please bring robes,swimsuits,and towels.*DECORATIONS*I bought yellow, blue, and pink stremers and just kinda threw it everywhere. flipflop tablecloths. Then we had three tables for snacks. We got some mini umbrellas and big ones - we put the big ones in the sand, and the small ones in our drinks.*ACTIVITIES* When the guests arrived we played sand volleyball untill our dinner was ready.-yay. After dinner we went out to swim and tube. We did that for about 2 1/2 hours then we went inside and had my mom and sister put fake nails on us. Then it was about 9.30 and we got our sparklers and lanterns and we had a blast throwing the lanterns. It was about 11 so we went inside and got out some mags. and watched Harry Potter. It was about 2:30 when we got to sleep.*SNACKS* for dinner we had a taco buffett, tropical fruits, and pop, lemonade, and alot of other stuff. then for swimming we had three tables #1 nachos #2 mini oranges #3 friut punch. (we kept it out for lanters. we brought the stuff inside and had it while whatching harry potter. the next morning we had patatoes and waffles, juice, and milk. then before they went home we gave them goodie bags- mini umbrellas neon fake nails and some candy.
