I am going to have a Hollywood them sweet 16 party for my birthday which is this year.For my cake it will be three layers with black and gold stars all over it. I will have clapboard and star balloons to match my theme. There will also be a red carpet goin through the middle of the party  place leading to the back balcony where we will also be partying at. There will be scene setters to give us the real hollywood theme. In the inside of the party place there will be lights hanging from the celing [they will be outside too]. Oh, and we will give out awards to the best dressed and some other people. Thats all I know about the party for now.
