For fun and to chase away the winter blues, my friend and I decided to have a party for our families to get ready to see Peter Pan II, Return to Neverland. We (our two families, 4 adults and 4 children) are dressing up as pirates (adults) and Peter Pan (2 boys) and Tinker Bell (2 girls). We are going to watch the movie Peter Pan and then have a picture treasure hunt through the house for the children to find treasure boxes (diaper wipe containers wrapped with aluminum foil) filled with candy jewelry, gold coins (some chocolate/some plastic), and gems. We will play find the crocodile (using a tic tock kitchen timer) and walk the plank. After the festivities, we are going to have pirate ship cake. We are looking forward to this event and are sure to have an awesome time. Some of still don't want to grow up. The following weekend, we will go to see Return to Neverland.
