POKEMON PARTY!!!
here are some great ideas for a Pokemon birthday party my 4 year is absolutely infatuated with these poke characters! so here goes..... present holder; get a cheap plastic swimming pool hard sided not inflatable spray paint it to look like a pokeball this is very easy red white and black spray paint when the kids come they place your child's birthday gift into the "ball" makes for a fab decoration that is really noticeable. ACTIVITIES have a table with play-doh and lots of Pokemon cookie cutters and figures so they can imprint play-doh print off internet Pokemon coloring pages also set up a Pokemon "training and wellness center" where kids can throw pokeballs to see how far they go poke shot put a small plastic Rubbermaid tub filled with water and water squirters Pokemon ones if possible and a little table with stuffed Pokemon toys and a play doctors kit to give the Pokemon "check ups". FOOD besides cake and ice cream creative ideas include a vegetable tray with poke picks for each different veggie example charizard carrots raichu ranch dip bulbasaur broccoli ashs apples etc hard boiled eggs hand done to look like pokeballs dip one half of egg in red dye leave other white use a black marker for line and last but not least decorate disposable cameras with Pokemon stickers and give each table of kids a camera ( like at weddings) and have them snap pictures of throughout the day and upon going home instead of giving goody bags have a Pokemon store where you have a assortment of items cards pokeballs stickers pencils and let them each choose two items have them sign a guest book while choosing their items :)
