I had a horse party a couple years ago.  I invited several of my closest friends.   First, my friends were dropped off at my house.  Then, we drove everyone up to a nearby ranch. We went on a two-hour long trail ride through the woods. Everyone had a lot of fun. Next, we went back to my house and played several horse games, such as Neigh, Horsey, Neigh (like squeal, piggy, squeal), trying to lasso a cardboard horse" and decorating bandannas. Then we enjoyed "saspirilla" (root beer) and "grub from the chuck wagon" (pizza chips and other goodies).  the cake was in the shape of a horse head and had black frosting reins a candy eye and nostril and a red frosting mouth.  The cake was colored brown with chocolate frosting and the mane and forelock were made with black frosting. Then we lay out our sleeping bags and watched a horse movie. Then we went to sleep.  In the morning we had pancakes and fruit. Then everyone went home.   Everyone had a lot of fun and remember it still today. My friends always ask me if I am going to do a trail ride for my party.          "
