For my 11th birthday party, we went to a riding stables and went on a trail ride. it was great fun. they got my guests and I our horses and told us the basics of horse-back riding. we went on a two hour trail ride through wooded areas and over small meadow like areas. when we got back, we had a bonfire, roasting hotdogs and hamburgers. afterwards we had the cake in the small picnic area and we were allowed to say good-bye to the horses before we left.
