Pooh Picnic Party My son was turning one and was obsessed with all things Pooh. I tried to be as creative with the theme as possible and since he loves the outdoors and his birthday was
in March I decided to have a Pooh Picnic Party. I decorated with picnic baskets, plush pooh characters, sunflowers, red-checkered table clothes, and ballons in primary colors. Unfortunately
it rained the whole day so we were forced to have our "picnic" indoors but no one seemed to mind! Since all the guests were under 3 we didn't play any games but we had a Pooh video
playing in the background for entertainment. We served "picnic-type" foods including veggie trays, chip and dips, cheese cubes, cocktail weiners, Jello Jigglers in various colors
and geometric shapes, Pooh shaped Peeps, and Pooh shaped fruit snacks. As party favors each child got a Pooh book, Pooh fruit snacks, and a Pooh Wonderball (candy). A grand time was had by
all!! :)
