For my daughter's 3rd birthday party I did a Winnie the Pooh theme. I made a beehive cake using a pampered chef batter bowl.
I used my cake decorating tips and made it look like the beehive. I also made bees to put on the cake by using black jelly beans for the body and black icing for the wings and stripes. For party bags I made honey pots by rolling the sides of brown lunch bags to make the honey pots. I made it look like the honey pots had honey dripping down from the tops of the bags. I also drew bees on the bags. For decorations I used my daughters collection of Pooh friends and had the big stuffed Pooh sitting on the table with the beehive cake in front of him. The table was set with pooh plates and cups, solid color napkins and pooh confetti. I made a centerpiece out of a balloon bouquet with all of poohs friends on the balloons. Games include, pin the tail on Eeyore, they colored pictures of pooh and his friends, and just had a good time playing with each other. It was a fun day.
