Well for my party I was trying to think of what theme I wanted. I couldn't decide between 2 so I decided to blend 2 parties together! For my Summer party I am having a Pool/Murder Mystery party with 8 of my friends.I have a big inground pool in my backyard so we are swimming in there and I got the Beverley Hills Cheerleader Murder Kit from www.host-party.com. You could mix any 2 kinds of themes but I thought these 2 would work well. My friends are gonna arrive at my house at about 2:00 and they will show up with bathing suits under there normal clothes and bring normal sleepover things and I asked the guests to bring a costume to fit the charactor they will be playing in the Murder Mystery. We are gonna swim till about 5:00 and then eat pizza. Make sure if you have a pool party to get an idea of some group games to play such as Marco Polo, Sharks and Minnows, Catigories, etc. so your guests won't be bored. After we eat we are gonna have our Murder Mystery game and my dad is the host who puts all the clues in non-obvious places for us to figure out who did it. So we will be done at about 7:30. Then my dad is taking us to Hollywood Videos for us to pick a movie to rent. Then the rest of the night we will night swim, watch movies, play truth or dare, etc. We will wake up tomorrow morning and eat breakfast then all the guest will go home. This makes a great party!
