We sent invitations out on fliers. They Read You have been invited to battle of the bands, Gave the date,the time, at Rock and Roll theatre Gave my address. For a RSVP I wrote have your people call my people" with my number. First band goes on at 6:00 Then at the bottom wrote Wear your rock and roll best. I copied pictures of rock bands and logos of albums. Brought them to staples and had them blown up to poster size and made a VIP wall. I put Black plastic tablecloths on the wall with red tulle along the top and hung the posters. I also made All Access passes for each kid With their name on them and on the back wrote Victorias birthday 2008. Had them laminated a put string on them. I also made a huge advertisement poster and hung it on the door. Which said  LIVE - Saturday Night- The date- Starring (birthday kid) With Special guest appearances by(and listed all the kids that where coming) They really got a kick out of this. As the kids arrived they were handed their All Access pass. They then went to hair and makeup We sprayed them with hair color and the girls got make-up. They then picked out of a hat.
