This is a popstar party Everyone must dress up as a famous person. Then you can rent a limo and pick up everyone at there houses.  They will be handed a rose as they enter the limo and have a picture taken right while they are stepping in the limo. Then you can stop at an ice cream parlor popular in your town.  While getting out of limo pretend you are famous. Then when you get to birthday girls home have everyone pile out. Before hand the birtday family should have bought lots of prizes for popstars including purses, hats, boas, makeup, etc. Some games you can play are make up a song but the hard part is you must do it with the title picked out of a hat.  Then you can have pop star trivia where they must either get into teams orgo solo and awnser pop star questions.  Then you will go to the grammys, make sure it has a red carpet there is someone taking pictures of the girls as they walk down.  When they are in there seats have an adult or parent be the anouncer. Everyone will write there name of there famous person put it in a hat and pick it out the person will then win a prize from the prize table other wise you can chose to have trophes for at the grammeys. Then you can have a singing competiton and everyone will vote for who is the best. If you afraid of hurt feelings you can have catergories they person will then find out what the majoridy of the people have voted for. For a treat bag have a mini makup kit and a trophe or ribon saying you are #1. Good Luck with this idea. elle
