This party is gonna rock! Invitations-for invites I made it so it looked like a real concert ticket and also put a barcode on the side. It read, ______'s Concert Party!
Let's Rock This 12th Birthday!" And had all the info on the back like telling them to dress like rockstars and to wear their vip passes. V.I.P. Passes-to make these I went to my local office supply store and bought vertical badges and black lanyards. Then I use my computer to design the pass. I made it with a black background with electric blue words that said "V.I.P. All Access" with a hot pink star in the middle.I then printed that and then slipped those into the badge. Decorations-in the front yard I put a red carpet over the path that led to the door. My dad was the bouncer and only let people in if they were on "the list". My younger brother was the papparazzi and my mom was a reporter. In the living room I set up a snack table in the middle just in case anyone was hungry and on another were some make up and hair stuff. I also explained how the tickets would work. In the main party room there were strobe lights disco balls and a spinning party light. There was music star balloons and electric blue and hot pink streamers hanging from the cieling in crazy designs. Tickets- for every game the winner would receive 1 ticket to put into a jar for a prize drawing. I made these on the computer and printed them. Games- we played guitar hero karaokegave makeoverslaughing sodayou snooze you lose and did a lot of dancing! Party Favors- I gave out cell phone lip glosspop rocks candyglow sticks glow cups glow necklaces glow mouth piecesglow ringsstickers and hair color. Cake- my mini cakes were home made chocolate and vanilla stars so every one would have their own little cake. ----------Party Tips---------- 1. It helps to have your bff plan the party with you. They can give you ideas that you might not think of. 2.Go with the flow. Don't plan every minute of your party but still have control of it. 3.Remember to listen to what your guests have to say but don't let someone else take over YOUR party. "
