Invitations: We found puppy invitations at a party store. There was a dalmation on the front with a party hat. Decorations:We placed blue and green streamers in the entryways of all of the
rooms. When the guests arrived, we had a hula-hoop with streamers hanging down it for them to jump through. We had everyone bring their favorite stuffed dog. We had a banner that was blue
that said, Happy Birthday" We decorated our dining table with a disposable puppy tablecloth. We had puppy plates and cups to match. Activities:We found a plastic container at Target that
you can put bones in. We bought the Scooby Doo bone shaped gragham crackers and filled the container with them. We had each girl decide how many bones were in the container and whoever had
the closest amount without going over won the container filled with dog treats. We also found a twister board with blue green and purple paw prints instead. Games:ATo start the party off we
hid a bunch of Scooby Doo
gragham crackers and hid them around the house. All of the girls got to search for them throughout the house. We also had puppy relay races. Each girl got her own gragham cracker bone. They seperated into 2 groups. There were 2 dog bowls at the end of the room and each girl had to move (like a puppy) to the other side of the room drop her bone off and go back to her team. The first team to put all of their bones in was the winner. Costumes: There were costumes but my daughter insisted on wearing her favorite dog shirt. Party Snacks: We had pizza for lunch. Each girl got a blue cool aid drink and we also had soda. We had chips and doggie gragham crackers. Cake:We had a white iced cake with green and blue streamers on the side. There were paw prints all around the cake. The girls had so much fun when they got to have their own dog bowl (just $1 at the dollar store) and we allowed them to eat with their faces for a few minutes. After we got them cleaned up they got to eat the rest of their cake... with a fork. Favors: We got Scooby Doo fruit roll ups Scooby Doo gummies and mini packets of the Scooby Doo gragham crackers. The girls also got to take home their dog bowls. My daughter still talks about the party has her dog bowl and eats out of it!"
