The Mall Scavenger Hunt Madness is designed for tweens (Ages 11-14). Make sure you pass out invitations about two weeks ahead of time so you can prepare yourself by getting party supplies and
going through the mall at least once to put down items on you scavenger hunt list. The scavenger hunt can be played in teams of two or three. For example, my party consisted of five teams (10
people in total), I give each member a Loot Bag" which has the following items inside it: A disposable camera A mall map A scavenger hunt rule list A sheet of emergency contact numbers A
marker and the girls' cell phones. Make sure you have a time limit in which they have to come back by! My scavenger hunt list contained thirteen tasks with a variety of points. Since each
picture must include a person in it (Mall Rules) I designed 13 fun and exciting tasks. For Example: Five Points- Go to the store Coach and have one group member take a picture with a purse
over $200 and is the color blue. Four Points- Find a store with 13 letters in it's name then take a picture with the whole group outside of it. Three Points- Find a poster in the mall and
imitate it. Each minute a group is late you have to dock one point. Make sure you set up a headquarters too (the fountain or food court)! Once everyone's back collect the camera's and have an
adult go and print the photos while the rest of the party is eating pizza and cake and have the birthday girl open presents. After an hour the photos will be printed and the judges (Birthday
Girl and Parents) will count up points and decide who the winners are. First Place: $20 or $25 Gift Certificate to Mall. Second Place: $10 Gift Certificate to Bath&Body Works. Third Place
and etc.: $5 Gift Certificate to Starbucks. Afterwards you can hand out the party favors: Candy (Nerds Skittles StarBurst LaffyTaffy Hershey's etc.) and rings or necklaces from Claire's. Then
of course everyone gets to go shopping (two or three hours) either with the money they brought of their Gift Card prizes. This party was an absolute BLAST! You will not regret it just make
sure you clean up after yourselves. My friends are still talking about it! The cost for this party is about $130-$175. It's low cost fun and you will absolutely love it! Happy Birthday to
