Beach'n mall sleepover!  I'm moving to Florida soon, and I had to drop out of school because of it. I missed all of my friends, so before we move, I'm going to have a Beach'n mall sleepover.  INVITATIONS:  For the invites, I just bought some at our local Wal-Mart, it made it much easier on my mom, and mailed them out about 2 weeks before the party.  DECORATIONS: It's nice to have everything set into beach mode, so I'm hanging bright colered streamers and balloons everywhere.  I'll be having a snack table out that will also be decorated with a colorful table cloth and confetti.  FOOD: I'm keeping the meal cheap with sloppy joes and potatoe chips. SNACKS:  For snacks on the snack table, (we have one so we don't roam the kitchen in the middle of the night), we have fruit kabobs, sliced fruits on a stick, pinaples, cocanuts, kiwi, bannanas, oranges, and strawberries dipped in chocolate and sugar. DRINKS:  For the drinks, we'll have lemonade, kiwi strwaberry juice, minute maid fruit punch, and the regular fruit punch.  ENTERTAINMENT:  Everybody arrives dressed up hawaiian and puts away their sleeping gear. Then we get a group picture. We'll play some games like citrus race, (where 2 people on each team pick a fruit out of their bucket, put it between their forheads, and run and drop it into the empty bucket on their side, run back and slap the hands of the next team, and so forth)  limbo, volleyball, and telephone. The snacks and drinks will be out for ruel!  Then everybody votes on who is the best dressed as a hawaiian, writes it down on a piece of paper and the parents see who won, and they get the beach ball. Then it's time to eat some slop! After we've all eaten we are each given a small cloth bag and some fabric paints and stuff to decorate them. We have to put our names on them so we don't get them confused, and everyone can sign eachothers.  While we let them dry, we can just talk or fool around. Then, the parents will divide everybody into 2 different teams, and give 1 person on each team a small package. The package contains a pencil, calculator, note pad, 10 or 15 $'s, a list of the rules and the items we must bye. After each team has looked over them, we zoom over to the mall. Then each team recieves a map of the mall, and has 1 adult go with each team, just so we don't get TAKEN!?! or something. Before we go in, each person gets a ticket that you can bye or make yourself.  Each team is given an hour to bye all of the items on the list, and you can olnly get 1 item per store!  After an hour, the teams meet back at the entrance and show the itmes they got. The team who got them all wins, and if they both got them all, or the same amount, whoever has the most money leftover wins.  Let the winning team pick a peice of cheap jewlery out of a bowl or bag as their prize.  Then, keep the items you've bought, and drive home. Once you get there, begin the drawing! EXAMPLE: This stationory set go's to, they draw the number, 800167!  And the kid with that number recieves the stationary set. Do this until you have no items left, and have the team's lists different so they don't go to the same stores.  This way everyone gets a prize. Then we can eat some ice cream and lay down to watch some rented videos.  In the morning, we'll be eating the simple toast, and cereal, but we have a coupon for a free dozen doughnuts from Krispey Kream, so we'll be eating that. Then when we're done, we can all decorate the cardboard frames we'll get, and put the picture of all of us together, or the ones we took of us single, (I forgot to mention that)  So when they are going to be picked up, their goody bags are the reusable kind with their name and their friends names on it, a frame with a photo of them in it, or all of us, a good handful of candy, some jewlery, (If they won at the mall,)  some glitter and stuff, and their prize won at the drawing! Including a handful of memories that they'll never forget! THANK YOU CARDS: When you send the thank you cards, inside include a sneaked photo of them when they were asleep!  This will be a big hit, I can't wait, only two more days!!  P.S:  Only invite around 7 or 8 people, I invited 8.  Hope my ideas helped you!!
