INVITATIONS: I would reccomend sending these out about two weeks prior to the party. At your local Hallmark, they should have pink purse cutouts. Sprinkle the handle of the purse with pink glitter, and write the birthday information on the back of the cutout using a glitter gel pen. Buy about 10 bottles of colorful nailpolish at Claire's Boutique, and attach them to the invitation.  DECORATIONS: You can find most party supplies at Party City. Buy pink plates, cups, and white napkins. Buy 2 bunches of pink and white helium balloons. Buy one special balloon for the birthday girl that says Happy Birthday!" in pink font. Deck out in pink and white streamers. I would recommend a pink and white color scheme it works great but feel free to choose any color scheme you want. It also works great to use the birthday girls two 2 favorite colors. Buy any other decorations you want using the color scheme you have chosen. FOOD: If the birthday girls birthday is in the Summer time try having a barbecue outside. If you choose to have a barbecue make sure that mosquito repellent and sunscreen are available. For dinner serve hamburgers and supply a variety of toppings about 5 different kinds of chips fruit salad; pineapple watermelon grapes and strawberries are party favorites! Also with dinner be sure to serve soda and of course water. Jones Soda works great because it comes in about 15 different flavors. For dessert set up an icecream bar where the girls can create unique toppings for their sundaes. Serve 2 different kinds of icecream and have oreos candy bars MnMs skittles strawberry sauce caramel sauce chocolate sauce cherries and whipped cream available for toppings. Serve jollyranchers red vines and 2 different flavors of popcorn with the movie. For breakfast serve pancakes with syrup butter whipped cream and chopped up fruit. Also serve fruit smoothies. PARTY: When all of the guests arrive pass out colorful flip-flops. Supply jewels sequins flowers paint pens glitter and gel pens for the girls to decorate their flipflops. Divide up into 2 groups. 1 group load into 1 car and the other group load into a different car. Drive to your local spa for pedicures and manicures. I recommend going to the Vancouver School of Beauty it has the most birthday party options. When all of the girls nails are done driving have them pose in front of the window like models and take a picture from the outside. You will be amazed how creative they get they look just like manicans! Drive them home and have them play a volley ball game in the backyard or just have them chill and snack on chips and soda. When dinners ready serve it to them outside. Then come inside to play a party game called "Beauty Memorization". Have a dish filled with 20 beauty supplies. Let the girls look for 10 seconds and then cover up the dish. Have them make a list of all of the supplies they remember. Give them 30 seconds to complete this task. Give the winner a prize of free lipgloss. Play one more time and give the second winner more lipgloss in a different flavor. Then lead the girls over to the icecream sundae bar. Take the icecream sundaes outside on the deck and have the birthday girl open all of her presents. Have the girls play on a trampoline or just chill on the swings while the parents go inside and clean up any messes. When the parents are done cleaning up call the girls inside to watch a movie and eat junk food snacks. I would reccomend Life Size it's a good movie for the specific age group. Around 11:00 PM tell the girls to start winding up and setting up their sleeping area in the basement. Have at least one adult in the spare bedroom in the basement just in case there are any problems. In the morning eat breakfast and have the girls play and chat. Send each girl home with a bag full of goodies that she has collected through out the party."
