For my 12th birthday I decided to have a spa party. I invited six people because at the the local day spa they had a deal for six people plus the birthday girl was free. For my invitations I bought inexspensive -any occasion cards- from the Dollar General. They said hi and had cartoon insects on them. On the front after the hi! I wrote: You're Invited. On the inside there was a three D flower. Around it I put the information they needed. On the back cover I wrote the directions to the spa. The envolopes were plain so i took all my stickers, gel-pens, and scrap book papers to hand decorate each one. I handed them out with a loly pop and sweet tarts. The spa is decorated with a hawwain feel and even has a tiki bar so that also helped with the theme. before they started to come i got a tiara and sat in achair to look royal. After all the guest arrived we played limbo. Then we ate food. For that I planned to have a sophistacated meal so we had meat, cheese and cracker cabobs with fruit salad and sparkling grape juice. Next each person got to pick out their own loot bags. The loot bags had: cheesy sun glasses, lip gloss, a pencil plus a personalized gift. Spa time. For the spa we had a facial and they tuaght us what make we should wear at our age. Then they did our hair. This was my favorite part: After we were already we walked down a long hallway and posed for a picture. When we all got to the end we posed for a glam picture with our sun glasses and boas. Plus on the invite i put dress n your wierdest clothes. Next we played sea shell search where you try nad find specail shells in a tub of sand. Before everyone left we had cake and punch. Lastly I handed out the glam pictures which were 4x6 as a suvinere.
