For my 12th b-day I decided to have a Hawiian Salon Party. INVITATIONS-We printed the info on hawiian flower paper purchased at Office Max. FOOD-We had bagel bites, vegatable tray, fruit tray, and to drink Shirly Temples. When the Girls arrived we played limbo( an inflatable stick from Oriental Trading). It was a great game to start out with because it got every one laughing. Next, We split into groups of 3-4 and everyone sat a table. My mom had 3 tables. First, everyone did a facil mask( My mom's friends and her came around with washcloths after to wash it off and wash our hands. Next, the tables split into stations. Table 1 - Nails, Table 2- Hair, Table 3- Makeup( We purchased the fask masks, washcloths, combs, hair ties, and makeup all at the local dollar store or WallMart. They had awesome products and extrodinary Prices!). The stations rotated every 15 mins. Next, we ate Lunch( Food listed above). After we finished eating, we went into the family room to play the chocolate game. To play buy a couple hershey bars. You will also need a single dice, knife, and clothing like long socks to go on as gloves and a baseball hat. Everyone sits in a circle. In the middle have all of the stuff you need. The girls take turns rolling the dice untill someone lands on a 6. When someone does they get to go to the middle put on the "gloves" and hat and then start cutting chocolate untill the next girl gets a 6.This is really fun came to play I recomend it for any party. Next we did the classic game of "Pin The Tail On The Donkey" with a spin. I made a Palm tree out of construction paper and the girl were blind folded with a sleeping mask while they tried to put a monkey(From Printshop)on the Bannana. This was a fun game to play too. The last game we played was the Classic pinata. Another fun game to play. We then opened gifts and ate cake. While the girls left we danced and played limbo. The goody bags were filled with flip flop pens, candy, nail polish, nail decals, and other hawiian themed knick-nacks. The party was a success and everyone had fun!
