A SPA B-DAY PARTY For my daughters 11th birthday we planned a spa day for her and 5 of her friends. We stayed at a hotel for the night. Once the girls arrived at the hotel they were met
by my sister who was waiting for them with baskets filled with a robe , towels, foot soak, mint foot lotion ,face masks and face mud, lotions, candles, nail decorations ,nail polishes,
manicure and pedicure sets. These things were all places in a basin and wrapped up in coloured plastic wrap with bows and name tags on each.
With the girls in one room and her father and I in the joining room. The girls would start their night by swimming in the pool and hottub. Then off to the sauna. Once the girls came back to the room we would have them each shower and put on their pajamas and white robes. We bought each of the girls white robes, white towels with their names engraved on each of them. We then had the girls soak their feet in the basin full of foot salts. They then were given foot massages and pedicures. Once that was done we painted and decorated their toes. We then moved on the the manicures. We massaged and painted their nails. Once that was done we gave the girls facials. While this was all happening we had calming music ( sounds of the ocean ) playing in the background with sented candles around the room. We made cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut offof course!! cut into small triangles. Fresh fruit and brownies were placed around the room. We had sparkling apple cider in plastic martini glasses. scewers with fruit were placed in each glass. For dinner we allowed them to order room service. Once dinner was over they opened the gifts and ate cake. By this time it was near 8. We rented 3 movies and brought our own VCR to the hotel room. The girls then retired to the movies and popped popcorn. We all said good night. The girls stayed up watching movies. In the morning we all had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We dropped the girls home. They had their robes towels and Spa treatments to take home to use later. They had a blast.
