This party only costs about thirty-forty dollars. There are 4 main things to this party and they are; food, decorations, party favors(if you want them), and games. Food: for the food you can make; any flavor cake with any flavor frosting, and popcorn balls is a great treat to go along with this. Also I recommend having some potato chips, and a few candies around to snack on. For the drink I recommend punch with sprite. Decorations: If you are dong this inside, clear out a room and decorate with red and green streamers. You also might want to hand out some of those flower Hawaiian necklaces. Activities: If you have a pool they can play pool games such as shark & Hawaiian red rosy which is a version of ring around the rosy for kids who think ring around the rosy sounds too babyish. One person is in the middle and they sing: Ring around Samantha\* (\*the persons name who is in the middle) don't let her touch your tosies Samantha\* Samantha\*  she always falls down. Then Samantha falls into the water and tries to touch someone's toes. The first person she gets is the next person in the middle.  If you do not have a pool here are some fun games that you can play. volleyball(if you don't have a volleyball net you can make one using an old sheet or tablecloth. Tie the ends of the table cloth to high up objects), you can slip and slide(using a tarp with soap and water on it laying the tarp on a hill with the hose staked to the tarp), and you can play different games such as red rover(if there are boys involved this is recommended), you also can make flower chains, girls love that. Party Favors, Find some cheap candy at a dollar store along with some red nail polish and some tissue flowers.
