Backyard Splash - 2 yr old For my daughter's 2nd birthday we had " AnnaBeth's Backyard Splash". I put balloons all over the yard and a banner in the front of the house that
said "Welconme to AnnaBeth's.......Splash:. We had several different "play stations" for the kids to play with. Most of the kids were under 5 , we had signs for each station...
1."Bubble Alley", where there were buckets of bubble solution with fly swatters to make big bubbles,(2.) "Painting Place" we took unprinted newspaper and taped it to the
wall and had water paint and paint brushes for the kids to paint their own masterpeice. (3.)"Sidewalk Chalk Way" chalk that the kids could write on the driveway with. In the yard we
had a "slip in slide", 3 small pools with unbrellas for shade, 3 "little tykes" plastic slide toys, water sprinkler and "bubble pool". FOOD: Choclate Chip
Birthday Cookie, SEA CRUNCH: corn pops, captin crunch, goldfish,. KIDDIE CRUNCH: M&M'S, teddy grahams, goldfish, choclate covered raisins, pretzles. WATERMELON WEDGES, CHIPS &DIP,
CAPRI SUN, WATER, AND CANNED COLAS. DECORATIONS: balloons as far as the eye could see, banner in front of yard, sign at end of driveway, blue crepe paper hung from end of carport
looking like water waves, yellow "suns" hung from the ceiling of our carport.
Leis were hung on the chairs of each child and taken home for a part of their treat. GOODIE BAG: sunglasses, bubbles, lei, lifesavers, gum, Our yard looked like a small scale adventure park with all the toys to play on , water games and pools. EVERONE ENJOYED THEMSELVES!!!! EVEN THE PARENTS TOOK PART IN A WATER BALLOON FIGHT!!! THIS WAS A GREAT PARTY!!
