We had a Nickelodeon Sleep Over for my daughter's 8th birthday. The girls started with a Wild Thornberrys hunt where they had to HUNT for different character pictures throughout our yard
and then do a "find the difference" puzzle. The pictures were taken from a thornberrys coloring book.
Then everyone was "dressed" in a garbagebag tunic and a shower cap to run the "Nicks Restaurant" obstacle course. The girls had to grab a rubber ant out of a bowl of Jell-O. Carry a plate of whipped cream on their head. Move a giant egg with a snowshovel, grab the golf balls out of the cooked spaghetti, move the bags of trash with a mini wheel Barrow (Bags stuffed with paper and balls), and clean off the little dining table by sitting on a water balloon to pop it. The girls loved it. We cleaned up and went inside to make Sponge Bob Square pants out of sponges, felt and pipe cleaners. The birthday cake was iced with "green slime" made from colored whipping cream and sugar slightly beaten and poured on by the birthday girl after everyone sang. Everyone settled down for the night watching Rugrats and Doug. With all the activities they were tired! and asleep by 10!
