Rules:
Party ideas received on the 1st and through the last day of each month will be judged as that month's entries. Ideas will be judged on originality of the ideas, perceived popularity of the theme/location, consistency of theme and how thoroughly planned the party details are. The winners will be chosen by judges from the BirthdayPartyIdeas.com team. Winners will be acknowledged by the end of the following month.  An e-mail address must be included to be eligible for prizes. BirthdayPartyIdeas.com reserves the right to make changes to these rules at any time. Ideas must be expressed in the participant's own words and cannot be copied from another source or the submission of a previous entry. Failure to follow these rules will result in disqualification. Party submissions must be no longer that 14,000 characters in length and must be categorized by INVITATION, DECORATIONS, ACTIVITIES, GAMES, COSTUMES, PARTY SNACKS, CAKE and FAVORS.
