SUPERHERO PARTY  For my son's 6th Bithday we had a superhero party.  It was inside becausein Oct. I based it around Batman.  My son dressed as batman and his little brother was Wonderwoman.  His invitation was cut from Black card stock in the shape of Batman's Mask and said "The Penguin has escaped come help Abel save Gotham city so he can celebrate his 6th Birtdhay. Then it gave the Bat time and Bat place(Bat Cave). We asked kids to come dressed as their favorite super hero.  I got Justice league dinner ware.  When the kids came I had the orginal Batman music palying, very cool...His little sister dressed as Wonder woman, there was a Joker, Batgirl, Catwoman etc. Fist we played Mr. Freeze( a character from batman) dance.  When the music stops freeze and whoever moves is out and you keep going to one kis is left.I printed out pictures of Batman Villians from online and put them around the room,  I cut out yellow posters outlined in black that said POW, BAM, and KABLAM.  Then we played Pin the Question mark on Riddler. I printed the picture from online and made the Questions marks.  We ate hotdogs, green punch and called it POISOn IVY punch (a character from batman), catwoman claws(bugles), penguin chips and dip(chips in a tophat),after opening presents, I told everyone that the Riddler had stold the treat bags and left a riddle, this let to another riddle until the last one led them to under my son's bed. Then in came the Penguin ( an adult friend dressed up for me) and came in to the party and the kids tied him up with tiolet paper.  this was fun. Of course we had a batman cake at the end...Lots of fun, everyone loved it. The treat bags had lots of batman stuff including a comic book, (wonderwoman for the girls) and batman and wonderwoman tooth brushes.
