A great idea for older kids is a wake up surprise party. The twist is, it's the guests that get surprised. The birthday child goes to a guests house and wakes them up with the news that
they're coming to their party. Then those two go the the next guests house and so on. Then you take everyone, in their pajamas, to a reasteraunt for breakfast. Just call the guests parents a
head of time to check with them and start out as early as nessesary- according to how many guests their are. Be sure to get there before the guests are awake.
