We had a survivor party for my daughter who was turning 9. We had burned a CD with Survivor music, and that was playing in the background. We had decorated with green crepe paper and balloons, with fire torches from the summer set up as decorations, using orange paper to look like flames.    - Upon arrival the kids got to pick a bandana in a box, whatever color they chose decided what team they'd be on. They then made themselves a shelter with chairs and blankets, came up with a name and drew themselves a flag.  Games included: Spaghetti race -- each team lined up and the first player put on a pair of rubber gloves, ran to get 4 strands of spaghetti, ran to put them in a pop bottle, ran back to the next member of their team to give them the gloves. The first team to win got a point (a sticker to put on their flag).  Scavenger hunt -- the team to find the most items from the list got a point. Obstacle Course -- 2 teams lined up, first member was given a card which had a number written on it. They had to pass under a rope, find the identical card under couch cushions, go make a easy puzzle, find the number in a box that was written on the card, take a shower curtain hook off a net, bring me back the items, and get a new card for the next member on their team.  First team done gets the point. Food Challenge -- Each team member to accept and complete the challenge got a point for their team.  They had to pick the card and they decide if they'd eat the food or not which included; spinach, raw potato, baby food, mayonnaise, raw onion, raw cabbage, ketchup, spaghetti mixed with relish, lemon, egg with mustard, mushroom, and mustard.  These food items would only consist of a little bit on a tsp.  Guessing Game -- Each team member to correctly guess what's in the bowl got a point for their team. They had to put their hand through a hole in a box and guess what was in the bowl. Items included; raw egg, kiwi, mashed orange, pineapple, oatmeal, mashed potato, raw potato, cooked egg, mushrooms, canned spinach, cream corn, peanut butter, relish, butter, and frosting. Balloon Bust -- Each team had a balloon the color of their team, they were thrown in the air and they had to bust the balloons that belonged to the opposite team. The team with the last balloon remaining won a point for their team.  Team with the most point won each 1$ Lunch consisted of a bowl of rice and a hot dog. Cake was decorated to look like the Survivor logo.
