We had a Thomas Tank Engine birthday party for my train obsessed 3 year old little boy. As the guests arrived they decorated paper bags with large train stamps with washable paints
(these would be used to collect their piņata goodies later on.) They played pin the red nose on James (based on when James get stung by a bee).
They played musical chairs with a train music tape by John Denver. They also played Thomas Bingo. After breaking the train piņata, the boys enjoyed pizza and a homemade cake decorated with one of his Thomas trains, railroad sign and Sir Topham Hat (tracks drawn on with icing). We also brought out some new bubbles and accessories, which was a hit. The goodie bags included Thomas punching balloons which they had a great time with. My son also enjoyed getting to wear his Thomas costume again several months after Halloween.
