Paint your own T-shirt Party For my daughter's 10th birthday we invited 8 of her friends.  Each child received a plain white T-shirt.  Each child had a choice of whether to paint their own design or choose an iron-on transfer to color in. Each girl decorated their T-shirt with fabric paints and could embellish them with bows, sequins, glitter, etc. The night continued with awards given for "Most creative" T-shirt, "Most colorful" T- shirt, etc. We printed the certificates beforehand and made sure each child received one. Then we continued with party games, presents, cake, food, etc. The next morning the girls wore their T-shirts and we took  group and individual photos. The children were given a group photo each and an individual one taken of them with their T-shirt on with their award, as mementos.   The birthday invitations were cut-out "paper T-shirts" with the details of the party on the inside. The girls loved doing something different and creative.
