Tied -died party........the kids will all make their own tied- died shirt to take home as a party favor.  Each child gets to make it any way they would like...of course it is all in the wrapping of the rubber bands on the shirt...they also get to tie-die their own cupcake to eat......cupcake idea from your Aug. 2000 issue....this is great for an out door party....it keeps all the kids entertained....they also get to make spin art....to take a masterpiece of their own tied-died work home.......
